How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

UK Mainland Customers

Delivery is £3.95 via royal mail first class recorded delivery, which is 1-5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery is £8 and arrives in 1-3 working days usually Next day. All orders over £50 are free and shipped via royal mail first class recorded delivery.

International Delivery

International delivery is charged at £9.99 and sent via royal mail international delivery.

What happens if I am not in when a delivery attempt is made?

Your postman will post a “While you were out” card through your letterbox, and your parcel returned to your nearest sorting office. Details of how to arrange re-delivery or pickup of your parcel will be written on the while you were out card.
